The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) has offered to host future Tests between Pakistan and India on a neutral venue.
The ECB has invited both the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the Board of Control for Cricket in India to organize a series between the two arch rivals (BCCI).
The readiness of England to act as a neutral host for the upcoming Pakistan-India Test series has increased the prospect of Pakistan and India playing bilateral cricket for the first time in more than 15 years.
Later, PCB sources verified to Geo.tv that this development had occurred, claiming that the ECB had notified us of it.
Nothing was accepted because it was an unauthorized offer. The source claims that PCB wants to host India since it is officially Pakistan’s time.
There have been no Test matches between Pakistan and India since 2007. The two sides last met in a bilateral white-ball series in 2012-2013.
