HBL becomes Pakistan’s first bank to launch the “@HBLCare” Twitter handle for specialized customer care. Thanks to the Twitter handle, customers will have a convenient platform to engage with HBL and receive rapid solutions to their questions.
HBL is Pakistan’s only bank with two Twitter accounts. The present handle @HBLPak, which has over 131,000 followers, will now be used for news and updates.
