Imran Khan Offered To Talk With Government: Shehbaz Sharif

  • According to Shehbaz, PM Khan requested a meeting.
  • PTI’s CEO volunteered through a mutual business acquaintance.
  • Khan says that he wants to address two issues.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Imran Khan, the head of the PTI, proposed holding talks with the government a month ago through a friend who is also a businessman.

During a meeting in Lahore, PM Shehbaz addressed Khan’s offer with vloggers.

The prime minister added that the PTI leader wants to resolve two issues through dialogue, and that Imran Khan “offered [to hold] negotiations.”

The selection of the army chief and holding early elections, according to PM Shehbaz, are the two primary issues.

General Qamar Javed Bajwa’s extended tenure as army leader will end on November 29. His replacement will be picked in due order and in conformity with the Constitution, according to the coalition government.

Despite his refusal to engage in negotiations on the aforementioned subjects, the premier said that he did give Khan an offer to discuss the Charter of Democracy and the Charter of Economy.

Khan will appoint the new army chief after requesting three names from the prime minister and pledging to furnish three. “Let’s choose the army chief together,” Khan allegedly suggested PM Shehbaz.

“”Thank you,” I answered, declining the offer. I informed Imran Khan that the prime minister is required by law to fulfil certain constitutional tasks “During the encounter, he spoke.

The premier issued the following statement in response to Inter-Services Intelligence Chief Nadeem Anjum and Director General Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Major General Babar Iftikhar’s high-level press conference: “With my approval, General Nadeem Anjum held the news conference.”

Khan’s “conspiracy” accusation against the Pakistan Army and the country was earlier uncovered by Pakistan’s spy chief, Lieutenant-General Babar Iftikhar, director-general of the Inter-Services Public Relations Department (ISPR).

The ISI chief stated that Khan promised Gen. Bajwa an extended tenure in exchange for aiding him in defeating the no-confidence resolution proposed by the opposition parties.
