the price of high-speed diesel has dropped, but the price of Petrol will not change for the next two weeks, According to Finance Minister Ishaq Dar.
Under the revised pricing, high-speed diesel will now cost Rs. 288 per liter, a Rs. 5 decrease. Petrol will remain at Rs. 282 per liter.
Kerosene and light diesel oil have both had their prices reduced by Rs. 10. Light diesel oil will now cost Rs. 164.68 per liter, while kerosene oil will cost Rs. 176.07 per liter.
It is worth noting that at the previous fortnightly review of petroleum pricing, the government raised the price of gasoline by Rs. 10 per liter.
The administration stated at the time that the increase in gasoline prices was caused by fluctuations in exchange rates and rising worldwide fuel prices.
