According to sources, Meta’s messaging programme WhatsApp will release an iOS sticker maker application that will allow users to turn images into stickers.
The new capability, according to WABetaInfo, eliminates the need for third-party programmes to generate stickers.
To create a custom sticker, users just copy and paste a subject from a photo into a chat window.
If the feature is available, the platform will immediately transform the image into a sticker and add it to the user’s collection of stickers.
This function was formerly available to only a few people, but it is now available to all iOS 16 users.
Users may now create and utilise their own stickers without having to switch between several applications or tools.
“This certainly saves time and makes the process of creating and using bespoke stickers faster,” according to the study.
After the release of the ability to create customised avatars, the messaging platform earlier this month introduced a few more stickers to its avatar sticker collection for Android and iOS.
