Tom Hiddleston and Owen Wilson are all set to make their MCU comebacks with Loki’s second season on Disney+, which recently launched its first official trailer.
According to current claims, only a few MCU episodes will be available on Disney+ this year, which Owen Wilson has confirmed. Just Secret Invasion and Loki season 2 are guaranteed to air, according to a new source, out of the various MCU shows set to premiere in 2023.
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Owen Wilson, who plays Loki and is also the show’s main character, Hero, talked briefly about when Season 2 will come out. At the end of Loki’s first season, Majors was introduced as He Who Remains. At the time, he was the only one of Kang’s doubles who was still alive. This helped start the current Multiverse Saga.
Kang appears to have paved the door for his ascension to power, which will persist for the balance of the MCU’s Phases 5 and 6. Yet, it caused Agent Mobius, played by Wilson, and other TVA agents to lose all memory of Loki, so it will be interesting to see how he re-establishes those links in season 2.
Wilson also discussed one of Loki’s most significant newcomers this year. Ke Huy Quan, Oscar winner for Best Supporting Actor for his role in Everything, Everything, Everything at Once. Quan will portray a mystery role in the upcoming episodes, according to Wilson, and will produce yet another outstanding performance.
